OPTION: Embroidery Threads: Add 20% for metallic or fluorescent thread. Permanent Heat Seal Back adds durability and maintains shape: Add $0.06 (P) per inch. Non-Permanent Adhesive Backing: Add $0.08 (P) per inch. Reflective Background: Contact factory.

Sizing: Add the height and the width and divide by 2, (H+W)/2 = size.
