US$A design or logo is chemically etched onto a sheet of solid brass creating raised and recessed areas. The recesses are then color-filled with soft enamel colors and baked dry. An epoxy dome is generally applied for protection. Soft Enamel provides a Cloisonne- like appearance at a more economical price.
