Standard Additional Charges
Add $42.50(G) for each color/location. Add $0.16(G) for each plus $42.50(G) setup charge per imprint color/location.

Polybagging
Add $0.125(A) for bagging 2 plugs. Add $0.04(A) for each additional plug in a bag eg: polybagging 4 plugs add $0.205(A).

Product Information
Check electrical codes before ordering. In some areas of the U.S., especially Illinois, prong holes are one above the other or vertical. All plugs except 4000 Round will be turned on their side when used.

For Round Plug only specify imprint style/position from the illustration for proper alignment.
